Roy Lee Dotson was a convicted rapist and serial killer, serving a life sentence in Ossining Correctional Facility for a rape and the murders of several children of both genders. He was also a prime suspect in Marshall Koehler's murder, but later exonerated.
He suffered from emphysema, and Elliot Stabler got him to disclose the burial site of one of his victims by briefly cutting off his oxygen tank.
Roy later died in prison.
