Samantha Gilligan is a teenage girl who was friends with Mia Van Wagner.
History[]
Samantha would often allow Mia to use the Internet, since her mother forbade her from using it. Van Wagner soon found an adult boyfriend and told Sam she was running away to be with him.
Samantha was later visited by Detectives Elliot Stabler and Sam Bishop after they discovered Van Wagner's disappearance. Samantha tried to deny knowledge but was horrified when an impatient Bishop showed her a picture of what Van Wagner was currently doing with her lover. She told Stabler of how Van Wagner was planning to leave New York and described how Van Wagner's boyfriend loved her, which she knew from the emails. Samantha revealed she saved them and gave them to the detectives.
Much later, Samantha sent an email to Van Wagner's lover Erich Tassig to let them know the NYPD might be coming to Prague.
