Scott Stewart Bakula is an actor who is known for his roles on the television shows as Sam Beckett in Quantum Leap (with Bruce McGill) and as Jonathan Archer in Star Trek: Enterprise (with Linda Park). He played Dwayne "King" Pride on NCIS: New Orleans (with CCH Pounder, Zoe McLellan, Daryl Mitchell, and Vanessa Ferlito).

In April 2009, he began a recurring role on the television series Chuck (with Adam Baldwin) as Stephen J. Bartowski, the eponymous character's long-lost father. He also starred in the TV drama Men of a Certain Age (with Andre Braugher and LisaGay Hamilton).
