Seth Gilliam (born 5 November 1968; age 55) is a New York actor who played four different characters in Law & Order, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, and Law & Order: Trial by Jury.
Gilliam starred as Ellis Carver on the TV show The Wire (with John Doman, Lance Reddick, and Michael K. Williams), Dr. Alan Deaton on Teen Wolf and Gabriel Stokes on The Walking Dead (with Norman Reedus, Danai Gurira, and Lauren Cohan) and Sugar Watkins in the movie Starship Troopers.
