Shakir Wilkins is a former basketball player who was accused of raping three women.

Prior to the accusations, Shakir slept with his sports agent Orion Bauer's daughter Cordelia, which resulted in her getting pregnant. Orion became so infuriated by this that he framed Shakir for rape by paying three women to accuse him of sexual assault. His career was subsequently tarnished, and his contract with Orion was cancelled.
However, Cordelia recorded Orion admitting to framing Shakir and paying his accusers. All of the rape charges against Shakir were dismissed following this revelation. Shakir told Cordelia that he was happy to help her raise their baby, but Cordelia told him that she had an abortion because of the allegations. (SVU: "American Disgrace")
