Stanley Billings was the CEO of website Cyberloves, Inc., an organization that produces virtual child pornography by making adult women look younger. Via a tip from murderer Tommy Hedges, Billings was arrested for facilitating the rape and murder of Cherie Lathan.
After Tommy testified against him, Billings was convicted of facilitation in the second degree to murder, although his defense attorney, Barry Moredock, filed an appeal afterwards. (SVU: "Appearances")
