Tony Griegs is a Parabus driver and a serial rapist with a preference for disabled and mentally challenged women. Griegs was the prime suspect in the rape of Cara Raleigh. He also was divorced from a woman who was abused by Griegs when he got drunk, as well as losing his job to other disabled people which provoked his hot temper.
When Raleigh was finally convinced to testify, Griegs was put on trial for raping her, found guilty and imprisoned.
