Travis Hankett is a pedophile who turned his son Wayne into a serial child rapist and exhibitionist through years of emotional abuse.
History
He forced Wayne to videotape himself sexually abusing women and children so could watch the tapes later for his own sexual gratification. He later assaulted teenager Brad Fletcher when the latter caught him watching child pornography. Benson and Stabler arrested him for criminal facilitation after Wayne confessed to and explained the motive for his crime. (SVU: "Wannabe")
