Troy Linsky was the brother of Agnes Linsky.

Troy and Agnes were raised by their father, Pat, because their mother died.

Troy was expelled from the Tanner Day Academy for bringing a knife with him. His sister still attended the school. She was bullied relentlessly by several popular classmates. Troy tried to protect her from them. One of the bullies was Brittany O'Malley. Brittany took pictures of Agnes, while she was changing in the locker-room, and sent them around to others. Troy pushed her against the lockers, and she hit her head. He was taken to Security Officer Kubiak's office, so that he could talk to Detective Elliot Stabler. (SVU: "Mean")
