Victoria Dillard (born Sept. 20, 1969 in New York City, New York) is a former American actress who portrayed Belinda Gardner in the Law & Order season 14 finale "C.O.D." and Sharon Adams in the Law & Order: Criminal Intent season 7 episode "Self-made".

Dillard was one of the royal bathers in the 1988 comedy Coming To America, the wife of Denzel Washington's character in the 1991 crime drama Ricochet (featuring Ice-T), and Betty Shabazz in the 2001 biopic Ali (her last film role to date). Her most prominent television role was that of Janelle Cooper on the ABC comedy series Spin City (with Michael Boatman, Barry Bostwick, Alexander Chaplin, Jennifer Esposito, and Richard Kind).

In 2005, Dillard was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease (the same condition her Spin City co-star, Michael J. Fox, suffers from). She has become an advocate for both research and treatment of Parkinson's disease since her diagnosis.
