Dr. Wells (first name unknown) is the physician who handled the case of the rape of Julia Wood by metal star Clarence "C-Square" Carmichael, conducting the evidence collection from Julia's person in the exam room. Wells could conclusively find evidence of sexual activity and penetration, but by her own medical perspective, she couldn't conclusively confirm rape.

Dr. Wells was called to the stand to testify and report her findings. She reported her exam saw evidence consistent with Julia's account of rape, but Carmichael's defense, Professor Adele Diamond, successfully insisted for Wells to admit Julia's physical trauma alone wouldn't conclusively confirm she was raped by full scientific and legal standards. Nevertheless, Julia's testimony and Carmichael's publicity matching his personality were plenty to group with the exam for a conviction. (L&O: "Discord")
